Refund Policy
This policy applies to all BotBrowser subscriptions purchased through our website.
1. General Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to fingerprint profiles for the full billing period. Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are not available for partially used billing periods.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your profiles until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. EU/EEA Consumers
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing and receiving immediate access to digital content (fingerprint profiles), you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery of the digital content. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact us at support@botbrowser.io within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors promptly.
5. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication at support@botbrowser.io.
