Privacy Policy

BotBrowser is a local browser binary. Neither the product nor this website collects personal data, tracks users, or transmits any information to BotBrowser servers.

1. The Product Does Not Collect Data

BotBrowser is a compiled Chromium-based browser that runs entirely on your local machine. It has no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no update checks. The browser connects to websites as directed by you. It does not connect back to BotBrowser's own servers at runtime: no license check calls, no usage reporting, no data forwarding. All browsing activity, visited URLs, session data, cookies, credentials, and any other information generated during browser use remain exclusively on your own systems. BotBrowser never receives any of this data.

2. Fingerprint Profiles Are Local

Fingerprint profiles are configuration files delivered to your environment at subscription start. They are loaded locally at browser launch and operate entirely within your infrastructure. BotBrowser does not monitor, log, or receive any data related to profile usage after delivery.

3. The Website Does Not Track You

botbrowser.io uses a minimal analytics service to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referrers). No advertising trackers or cross-site tracking are used. A functional cookie stores your theme preference (light or dark mode).

4. Contact and Billing

When you subscribe or contact us, we receive your contact details (name, company, email) and retain them for billing and support. Payment for website purchases is processed by Stripe, Inc. Enterprise or invoiced purchases may be processed through approved third-party payment processors and banking partners. BotBrowser does not receive or store payment card numbers or online banking credentials. Third-party handling of payment data is governed by the applicable processor or banking partner. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations.

5. No Data Sales

We do not sell, share, or transfer any information about visitors or customers to any third party.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@botbrowser.io. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know and the right to delete. Certain records (financial, legal compliance) may be retained as required by law even after deletion of your account.
